K1- Kickboxing

K1- Kickboxing is a martial art that uses all western style boxing incorporated together with martial arts kicks and knees. This program is designed to carve the most sculpted physique, clear your mind of stress, shed pounds while gaining serious martial arts skills.

Students will have an opportunity to advance through a belt ranking system up to blackbelt.

Whether your goal is to develop the confidence to protect yourself or to get ripped and strong in record time, Warrior K1- Kicboxing offers you the formula to get results.

In this program we also incorporate high intensity weight training drills on great music to keep you motivated and have fun.
