A highly accomplished Martial Arts expert with a 5th degree Black Belt in Kickboxing and 2nd Degree in Tae Kwon Do. Former Member of Uganda National Team.

A member of American College of Sports Medicine ACSM, FMS- Functional Movement Systems, NGA- Certified Master Personal Trainer,  AFLCA- Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association, Certified PFT Canadian Fitness Professionals and currently pursuing a Sports Medicine Certification with ACSM.

A Korean Martial Art currently practiced all over the world as an Art of self defense, health and as an Olympic sport.

Benefits include improved cardiovascular efficiency, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and confidence. In addition Tae kwon do develops good behaviour that carry over into other aspects of life.
